Talking about smartwatches, recently Casio officially launched a smartwatch with the first Wear OS operating system from the G-Shock line. This G-Shock smartwatch comes in a shape like the G-Shock in general but runs Google’s Wear OS operating system. Comes with the name G-Shock GSW-H1000, the smartwatch which is priced at US $699 (around N286,000 naira) is intended for users who have a hobby of exercising but still want to get a lot of information from smartphones.

This watch also comes with a variety of cool features from the GPS sensor, compass, altitude, accelerometer, to the gyrometer. The screen on this watch measures 1.2 inches with a resolution of 360 x 360 pixels. The battery life is claimed to last up to one and a half days when using a screen with colour mode, while for monochrome mode it can last up to one month. According to Casio, the charging time only takes 3 hours. In fact, this is not the first time Casio has presented a watch with Wear OS. But for the G-Shock line, the watch series that has been around since the 1980s now has many features thanks to the Wear OS.
